The 2nd Easthampstead Scout Group has served the surrounding areas of Bracknell for many years. Based in it’s own purpose built Scout Hut, the group has seen thousands of young people enjoy a great Scouting career. With a current level of active members pushing 100 young people being supported by an active leadership team of 15 adults, we may not be the biggest group in the South Berkshire district, however we can, at times, be one of the loudest!
We like to think that many of them have benefited, in some way, by being members of the largest Youth Organisation in the World. Scouting has over 600,000 members in the UK! We change lives by offering young people fun and challenging activities, unique experiences, everyday adventure and the chance to help others so that we make a positive impact in communities.

As a group, we may be a small cog in a big wheel, but we are proud that every week, we help over half a million 6-25 year old’s around the country the skills they need for school, college, university, the job interview, the important speech, the tricky challenge and the big dreams; the skills they need for life.
Everyone’s welcome here. All genders, races and backgrounds. Regardless of your child’s physical ability – there’s a Scout adventure out there waiting for them and we’ll help them find it.

Scouts are do-ers and give-it-a-go-ers. Yes, we go camping, hiking, swimming, abseiling, cycling and canoeing. But we also get to hang out with our friends every week – having fun, playing games, working in a team and taking on new challenges.
